His expertise spans all areas of forwarding, with a strong focus on people, long-term relationships and delivering consistently high service through a stable, skilled team. Today he leads a 70-person organisation, ensuring staff have the tools, support and culture needed to exceed client expectations. Known for his people-first leadership and passion for operational excellence, Ronald continues to guide ICE’s growth and reputation both locally and globally. Outside work, he enjoys gardening, kayaking, weight training and spending time with his family.

Based in Sydney, George brings more than four decades of industry experience, including over 30 years in leadership roles across operations and branch management. He oversees the success of the Sydney branch while also serving as Operations Director, applying a sharp analytical approach to ensure smooth, efficient performance across the business. Known for his depth of knowledge and steady leadership, George continues to shape ICE’s strong operational foundation. Outside of work, he enjoys NRL games with his son, kayaking, and playing guitar.

Based in Melbourne, John has over 45 years of logistics experience across import and export operations, warehouse management and senior leadership. For more than 35 years he has led the Melbourne branch and, as Director, has overseen complex movements ranging from dangerous goods and high-value cargo to heavy machinery, trains, power plants and full aircraft or vessel charters. His approach centres on deeply understanding client needs and delivering practical, resilient logistics solutions backed by strong communication and compliance. Outside work, he enjoys trips to Far North Queensland, time with his Cavoodle Bonnie, and cheering on the Hawthorn Hawks.

Based in Brisbane, Alice brings over 15 years of logistics experience across Australia and the UK, specialising in time-critical, project-based and cross-trade freight movements. She is known for her calm problem-solving under pressure and her ability to work as an extension of her clients’ teams to deliver tailored end-to-end solutions. With deep expertise across air, sea, import and export, she focuses on removing stress from her clients’ operations through clear communication and reliable execution. Outside work, she loves hiking, exploring nature and spending quality time with friends, family and wildlife.

With more than 37 years’ experience in global logistics, Adam Colvin offers extensive expertise across air and ocean freight, project cargo, and end-to-end supply chain management. A long-standing logistics consultant at International Cargo Express, Adam believes trust and loyalty is fundamental to strong partnerships and is committed to helping Australian and regional businesses connect seamlessly with global markets. He considers many customers as close friends. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling Australia and the world with his family and cooking.

Based in Brisbane, Nickolas brings more than 20 years of global forwarding experience, starting from warehouse operations and progressing into project cargo across import and export trades. He specialises in fast, practical problem-solving under pressure and is known for delivering safe, efficient solutions for complex international movements. His hands-on industry background gives him a strong operational edge when navigating global challenges for clients. Outside work, he is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys time with his granddaughter.

Based in Melbourne, Rasmus brings over 15 years of freight forwarding experience across Australia, Denmark and the United States, with a strong background in trade-lane development and client portfolio management. He helps clients optimise global supply chains by building efficient routes, strengthening overseas partnerships and supporting commercial growth through transparent, collaborative planning. Known for his practical approach and commercial insight, he focuses on long-term logistics solutions that drive sustained business success. Outside of work, he stays active playing basketball and enjoys family time while raising a future basketball star.

Based in Melbourne, Michael brings 35 years of international freight experience across Denmark, Switzerland and Australia, specialising in global logistics, agency partnerships and long-term client development. After starting his career in Copenhagen and working in Basel with one of ICE’s key partners, he joined ICE in 1998, later leading Export Air & Sea and driving strong growth before moving into his long-standing Business Development role. Today he oversees ICE’s global networks, strengthening relationships and expanding international cooperation. Outside work, he enjoys learning languages, staying active, travelling with his family, gardening, hosting BBQs and writing music with a friend in New York.

Based in Melbourne, Marcus has over a decade of international freight forwarding experience, specialising in project cargo, air freight and large-scale logistics coordination. He has managed complex global shipments across mining, construction and renewable energy, including full aircraft charters and the multi-year import of more than 550 railcars for the NIF project. Working across all areas of the business, he focuses on continuous improvement, operational development and delivering seamless end-to-end client solutions. Outside work, he enjoys golf and supporting Hawthorn at the MCG.
